TFL Review Summary

We found it hard to get overly excited about anything on the Nova. It is a solid gun that should hold up well with years of use. From the way it felt in the hands to the form and function of the Nova, we like other pumps a bit more. With it's heft weight, felt recoil was still a bit stiff. That said, the Nova is a well build pump at a decent price point. If you like the way it feels and just gotta have a Benelli, this is the most affordable one you will find.

Manufacturer Summary

Benelli innovators rocked the shooting industry when they first unveiled the Nova. Up until that time it was thought pump-action shotgun technology had reached its peak. Not so. By incorporating steel skeletal framework overmolded with rugged, state-of-the-art polymer, Benelli's Nova line demonstrated lighter weight could be achieved without sacrificing durability. Nova's legacy of toughness was further enhanced by using stocks and receivers formed as a single unit. Today, shotguns bearing the Benelli Nova name are renowned for unsurpassed reliability, strength and weather resistance.
